Listening to the actual sound change as you turn the knobs on the screen lets you create sound intuitively. In addition to the main controls on the THR, it provides settings for the compressor, noise gate, and speaker cabinet for more precise sound shaping.
The THR Editor is a software application that lets you freely edit settings and create patch files on a computer screen for Yamaha’s THR10, THR5, THR10C, THR10X or THR5A Guitar Amplifier. But I wish I could just delete the patches I will never be. I just got the THR10 the other day and it sure is an impressive.
